Refund policy

all returns must be sent within 14 days after purchase and the buyer will pay for the shipping back to us.

to start a return, please email: sales@primarymenswear.com with your order number and return details, it should be with us in 2-3 working days depending on how you have sent the item. returns from outside of the UK process the same way however they do take 3-7 days longer for us to receive. 

all returns MUST be brand new with tags the way we sent them to you, if this is not the case, your refund will not be processed and your item will be returned back to you, if you provide us with an address.

refunds that arrive to us are checked for quality the same day, if it passes, you will be refunded and can take 3-5 working days for you to receive this depending on your bank.

in the case of a missing item, please email us on the above email address with your order number and missing item details. we will then look through our CCTV to check if it has been missed. if it has, we will send it to you free of charge using royal mail tracked 48.

there is no restocking fee.
